چکیده

During our expedition at Lang Biang Biosphere Reserve, samples of DL0023, parasitizing on wasps, were collected, then sent to the biology laboratory, Dalat University, Lam Dong Province, Vietnam, preliminarily morphologically identify name this species as Ophiocordyceps sphecocephala. The method Phenol (pH = 8)/Chloroform was applied isolated DNA. PCR assays and sequencing performed amplify ITS, nrLSU, nrSSU, respectively. phylogenetic methods neighbor-joining, maximum likelihood, parsimony constructed relationship between DL0023 referent sequences. We successfully amplified sequenced target genes, concatenated data containing 29, 33, 30 sequences nrLSU respectively, belonging Clavicipitaceae clade A, B C, 02 belonged Glomerellaceae. results analysis shown that accepted strongly formed monophyletic group sphecocephala with a high supported value. In conclusion, dataset’s analyses effectively identification
